Job Description
- Toppr is looking for Talent Acquisition specialists in its team, with 2 - 7 years of experience into Bulk Hiring/Volume Hiring/Sales Hiring.
- Specially from BPO Industry, Start-ups, Banking & Finance, Insurance, Timeshare.
- As a recruiter, you’ll own and deliver on the sales hiring strategy and its executive.
- You’ll source potential candidates on a large scale and build capabilities to help reduce the time to hire (TAT), optimize the hiring cost, and deliver the best sales talent at Toppr.

Requirements:
- Graduate or MBA/PGDM
- Minimum 2+ years’ work experience in Sales Hiring (BPO outbound preferred)
- Experience in Education Industry (preferred)
