Job Description
Provide leadership and guidance for maintenance for existing and new solar rooftop plants Coordinates activities, assigns sites, and monitors results.
Ensure customer incidents and service requests are kept within contractual SLA targets. Develop performance objectives and Key Performance Indicators for the engineering team. Provides technical guidance to NOC engineers.
Responsible for presenting technical information related to solar plants' performance. Approves and encourages the development of maintenance techniques, methods, and procedures, ensuring that training plans.
Act as liaison between the customer and Sales and service team on high-level support issues, in lieu of a Network Event Management Center.
Provide direct interface with O&M team in support of the customer's network, focusing on low generation, equipment/component failures, and planned maintenances.
Must have the aptitude that lends toward the development of key relationships with customers. Ability to understand nuances of dial plans, and the issues involved in supporting a team that supports analog, digital, and VOIP systems working together but of different vendors.
