Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify prospective customers, hospitals, doctors within specified territory.
- To outsmart competition through Market penetration.
- Standardization of franchisee model starting with layout of infra, services, branding, marketing POPs & launch methods
- To develop a module to screen the new franchisee profile & brand proposals
- Relationship building with key clients and doctors. Generating sales and provides new leads.
- Providing timely MIS and data to management thus facilitating sales analysis. Monitoring SCF (Sales correction form)
- Detailing doctors on our USP.
- To provide support to the existing branches like: admission support, marketing support etc
- To coordinate with the corporate office and look after the branch's needs.
- To engage franchisee partners to make them target oriented. Design regular communication methods with sales & franchisee
- To support in Brand Building activities
Desired Candidate Profile
MBA, B. Pharm/M. Pharm, Graduate/Post Graduates in Life Sciences (Preferably Science Graduates)
