IT SALES EXECUTIVE
Vritti Solutions Ltd. needs a IT sales Executive to join their growing team. Responsibilities of “IT Sales Executive” include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate for this position is excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products through email and phone.Ultimately, you’ll help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company’s rapid and sustainable growth.
Responsibilities and duties
- Attending initial sales meetings and meeting the client. Determining a client's business requirements.
- Under guidance, the IT Sales Executive is expected to Identify and develop new business through networking and prospecting techniques.
- Engage in cold-calling to create interest in company products and services, generate new business leads and arrange customer meetings
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- Software sales is a career in which sales professionals help clients identify their technology needs and match them with a software solution that best solves their problems and fulfills their needs.
- Understanding customers’ needs and their pain point accordingly providing them with the proper solution and services.
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
- Assist in gathering data for Negotiate/closing the deals
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
