Description
As our business continues to grow Globally, every position plays a vital role in bringing our experiences to life. This role is to bring consistency to all the services we provide within the framework of our environment.
Responsibilities
We are looking for someone who has a good grasp of compliance to champion documentation and compliance.
- Proficient in writing standard operating procedures for new processes and procedure documents.
- Creating User manuals, Release notes, installation guides, Presentations, Cheat-sheets and How-Tos
- Working with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the processes and the content
requirements
- Coordination with the design team for photography of parts/processes for documentation and manual writing as
necessary.
- Developing high impact communication collaterals for the internal audience
- Write easy-to-understand user interface text, create tutorials to help end-users use a variety of applications
- Review and update the existing content
- Enforce compliance by monitoring all appropriate areas
- Any other relevant work that may be assigned

Qualities
- M.A in English
- 2-5 years of technical content writing
- Must be a self-learner, demonstrate a high learning curve, and potential to accept and work on the various challenges associated with the job profile.
- Should possess excellent written communication skills with proficiency in composition, proofreading, and grammar.
- Proven working experience in technical writing of documentation
- Ability to transform information and processes into compelling stories
- Should be able to write grammatically correct and meaningful content
- Ability to deliver high-quality documentation paying attention to detail
- Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures
- Strong Research Skills
- Staying Up-to-Date with Industry trends
- Must be familiar with, and adept to using technology.
- Familiar with operating in an Apple environment on both Desktop and Mobile, utilizing native Apple software -
Pages(Word Processor), Numbers(Spreadsheet), Keynote(Presentation), a plus
