• Exposure across IT recruitment.
• Experienced in bulk hiring and interview coordination.
• Sourcing resumes through various channels like job portals- such as Monster, LinkedIn and more, Social Networks, Professional Networks, consultants and internal/external references.
• Experienced in deep searching & sourcing using various methods for avoiding duplication, souring relevant profiles by analyzing new search methods which are a step beyond the normal use of a search engine.
• Maintaining a database in Excel & preparing MIS report.
• Experiences working with Staffing/Recruitment firm is an added advantage.
