Hiring for Process Trainers for International BPO Process.
Location: Bangalore
Shifts: Night Shifts.
Work from Office
Role & Responsibilities:
- To deliver Process trainings (Virtual, brick and mortar or blended) for new hire and tenured colleagues.
- To prepare learners to perform job functions within predetermined quality standards.
- To deliver cross trainings around process and participate in other initiatives as required.
- To prepare training tools/questionnaires (e.g. PKTs) as per requirements.
- To align with the line leaders for rolling out action plans around communication and knowledge issues.
- To ensure compliance of Company Policies, Applicable Regulatory Compliance Guidelines, Operations Training procedures and New Hire Orientation.
- To observe, measure, coach and monitor learners performances.
- Support nesting by coaching and monitoring a needed
- To prepare reports, assessments and maintain data as required
- To gather appropriate feedback from all levels and consult with RMs for possible improvement and business enhancement.
- To be motivated to pick on new job requirements and deliverables in the dynamic environment
Applicants specifications & Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, must be a clear and strong speaker.
- High proficiency in facilitation and instruction using various training delivery methodologies, understanding of basic virtual training tools is preferred.
- Well-developed coaching and performance management skills.
- Organizational agility ability to flex and adjust to meet changing business needs (variable shift patterns, timelines etc.)
- Ability to lead in a fast paced and dynamic environment with strong interpersonal skills to interact at all levels.
- Strong critical and analytical skills; ability to interpret various data sets into clear performance trends.
- Highly motivated, with a high level of personal accountability and manage multiple priorities with same urgency.
- Accredited certification on training/facilitation is added advantage.
- Ability to develop, plan and implement short and long-range goals as required
