Designation: Team Leader Role

Process: Inbound Customer Care.
Exp : 3 to 5yrs
CTC: Between 3.5 to 4.9LPA with variable 15 % of annual CTC.
Working Hours: 9.5 hrs ( including 1 hr break )
Working Days: 6 days working with pure nightshifts & 1 rotational off

Below is the job description of the role –
- Set clear team goals
- Delegate tasks and set deadlines
- Oversee day-to-day operation
- Monitor team performance and report on metrics
- Communication and being a focal point of dissemination of information from management to team and vice versa
- Call monitoring, coaching, and feedback, responsibility for delivery of the Defined customer experience in every call • Motivate team members
- Discover training needs and provide coaching
- Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
- Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments
- Encourage creativity and risk-taking
- Suggest and organize team-building activities
Looking for candidates who have -
- Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills. – ( ENGLISH AND HINDI: MANDATORY)
- Preferable experience in Voice Process
- Willing to work in rotational shift & Work from office only.
Kindly note, it is 6 days working and NO cab facility.
