Job Description
Location of Requirement : Pan India and Experience Range : 3 years to 15 years.
IMP : Infor EAM Technical : Infor EAM v11.4/11.5/11.6 .
Must-Have : Implementation Skills.
- Requirements Gathering from IT and Business team
- Analyzing the requirements and performing Gap analysis
- Mapping Customer requirements into the Product. (AS-IS and TO-BE Scenarios).
- Preparing Functional Requirements, suggesting Workarounds wherever possible.
- Coordination with the Development team for completing the Customization.
- Providing Functional understanding to the Development team
- Functional Testing to ensure deliverables meet Customer requirements
- Assisting Customer during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Phase
- Obtaining project milestone sign-off at every level
- Planning Go-Live based on pre-defined Go-Live Checklist
- Knowledge of SDLC Processes, Agile & Project Implementation Life cycles
- Open for travel (Domestic & International)
- Open for working Onsite at Customer location.
Support Skills:
- Managing Incident and Service Request raised by Business and IT Team
- Response and resolution as per SLA
- Analyzing the tickets, providing resolution to users
- Discussion with users for explaining the solution and configuration changes
- Closing the incident with observations and findings
- Performing Root Cause Analysis for P1 and P2 incidents
- Problem Management to prevent recurring issues and improving service quality
- Adherence to the agreed upon Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- Knowledge of ITIL Service Management
- Analyzing the requirements and performing Gap analysis.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent Oral & Written Communication skills in English
- Positive attitude & Team player.
Good-to-Have :
- Knowledge of any other ERP like SAP, Oracle, Netsuite, MS Dynamics
- Experience of Implementing Infor EAM (2-3 Implementation cycle)
- Ability to handle EAM Functional as well Technical areas..3
