What we are looking for
Must-Have:
- Responsible for programming workflow, enhancements & integrations with BMC Remedy
ITSM & CMDB.
- Hands on Experience in Create & maintain design specifications, architectural diagrams, & process diagrams supporting & communicating changes to BMC Remedy ITSM applications.
- Responsible for providing L2/L3 support on BMC Remedy tool suite.
- Knowledge in Triage & fix defects found in BMC Remedy applications
- Should have knowledge to Perform customizations of BMC Remedy ITSM applications
Good to Have :
- Good Knowledge in BMC Remedy Tool Suite Administration
- Good Knowledge on Design and Configure reports in Smart Reporting
- Good Knowledge in latest BMC Remedy Products and technology.
Responsibilities :
- Account creation and modifications
- Support Group creation, modification & Deletions
- Add and Remove users from Support Groups
- Add and Remove functional roles and permission
- Configure categories
- Add, modify & delete CIs and Assets
- Manage a support group
- Resolve incident & service request
- Par-take in the implementation of changes
- Setup and modify configurations according to requirement specifications
- Production of documentation and knowledge articles
- Maintenance Tasks
- Perform health check on integrations
- Perform health checks on Assets
Minimum Qualification:
- 15 years of full-time education
- Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
