Job Summary:-
Serves food and beverage to guest according to prescribed service standards and procedures of outlet with emphasis on speed and accuracy.
Cleans and maintains equipment, tools, fixtures, service area in station assigned.
Prepares, mixes and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
Knowledgeable of wines and its proper service.
Performs any other duties assigned by immediate superior which leads to guest satisfaction and profit for the Restaurant.
Qualifications and Skills
Experience of 0-3 years in a high volume Dining Bar.
Understanding of Food & Beverage Service.
Certification or Diploma in Food & Beverage Service preferred.
