Role : Production Executive/Asst. Manager Production (Pune) - 2
Responsibilities :
As per the following , but not limited to
- Should ensure continuous, timely utilization of man, material & machine.
- Should have good knowledge of Packing section & accordingly the change parts & Art work of packing material.
- Should ensure shift wise completion of all batch records, daily records & log books.
- Follow various GMP norms.
- Follow work culture as per WHO norms.
- Follow labelling procedure for each & every stage of manufacturing.
- Responsible for rejection & yield at every stage.
- Responsible for Production of Tablet, capsules, Cosmetic & Ointments etc.
- Having FDA approval in Ointment will be preferred.
- Experience & knowledge of OSD (Tablet, capsules & liquids oral) and external preparation (Ointment / cosmetic) is required.
- Should handle Production/Packing - independently.
Knowledge :
Should be very well versed with the ICH guidelines, WHO guidelines & PICS guidelines.
Candidate must have experience of, Ointment, External preparations( Cosmetic ) & OSD
Should have good knowledge & experience of manufacturing & packing of Tablet, Capsules, Ointment and Cosmetic. Should have sufficient work experience
Preference to be given to candidate having experience of working with regulated plants.
Skill :
Should have at least basic knowledge of operation of Computer.
Should know Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Good communication skill.
Educational Qualification : B. Pharm/M.Sc./B.Sc./M. Pharm
Experience : 3-5 years having relevant experience
