Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and generate Sales from Designated region for MHP/HHP Diesel Gensets
- Approach a potential client for new business
- Establishing new customer relationship
- Maintaining relationships with existing customers
- Planning for sales and marketing strategy
- Developing relationship with key decision makers in target organizations for business development
- Review user requirement specification shared by clients
- Client Site line survey to check product feasibility
- Understanding and interpreting customer requirements with technical team
- Preparing a technical and commercial proposals
- Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and condition
- Preparation and release work order to all team members.
- Providing updates to the customers about the new product developments
- Payment follow ups with clients.
- Pre and Post activities regarding exhibitions
- Coordinate with client and service team for new installation and post implementation product support
- Coordination with client and account team related to commercial activities

Desired Candidate Profile
Candidates having experience of minimum 5 years in sales of electrical equipment/ DG Sets with Engineering background and should have following skills:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong phone presence and listening skills.
- Convincing & Negotiation skills.
- Confident in MS Office Excel
- Familiar with units of measurements and commercial calculation
