Roles and Responsibilities:
To head a team of back-office operations, logistics operations, purchase process and sales coordination members, for a mid-size organization having trading turnover of 400 Crores and growing, with domestic and import purchases. Engaging with corporate vendors of repute and big customers.
Planning and Managing the overall process thru team buildup and leadership across operational activity thru Erp process and excel tools. Keeping a tab on pricing, logistics (cost) for domestic inward/outward, order inflow and outflow, coordination team for proper customer service and vendor follow up. Keeping tab of offline discounts, sales targets, documentation process. Creating requisite process map and sop, train team members and ensuing control wrt sop.
Maintaining track record of pricing applicable across customers & from vendors and audit the purchase and sales order confirmations. Taking care of quotations and managing / auditing the same.
Managing the offline discounts for customers/vendors thru ERP process and timely closure of debit / credit notes. Keep a tab on customer receivables and quarterly reconciliation of ledgers .
Manage good service and timely response to customers /vendors thru back office and sales coordination team . Source and add members to the team as required.
