Roles and Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, design, develop and implement the MARCOM activities.
- Develop various communication tools like through digital and print media.
- Provide creative inputs for the communication plan.
- Draft agency briefs, news briefs and handle public relations, website and merchandising agencies.
- Co-ordinate with respective product manager to effectively design the communication tool for various product categories.
- Identifying marketing & branding opportunities in various cities and segments
- Planning, developing, negotiating, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising & trade promotion programs (online, print, direct mail & other electronic media) and events/ conferences with agents, suppliers, other agencies within and outside the organization
- Managing ATL segment in terms of all Content, Communication, Digital Platform, Social Media.
- Assist BTL part for generation of Contents, Catalogs, Magazines, Product Visibility, Promotion, AV & presentation
- Coordination of content deliverables and creatives with advertising agency and other groups
- Devise and implement both strategic and tactical digital marketing plans in coordination with digital agency.
- Pre & Post product launch market activations.
- Design campaigns to promote products.
- Accomplish other related organization objectives in sales & marketing by completing related tasks as needed.
- Responsible to conceptualize seamless sales focused marketing campaigns.
- Managing customer engagements, demand, perceptions, relationships and satisfaction through orchestrated integrated marketing communications efforts.
- Communication driven marketing solutions for business problems, strategic development and integration of marketing communication campaigns.
- Responsible for looking, left to right, across the organization competition to drive social media engagement.
- Willing to take ownership of the overall marcom mix recommendation execution of marketing campaigns.
- Rationalize disparate marketing efforts into compelling customer-centric strategic campaigns that drive tangible business outcomes and change consumer perceptions.
- Excellent Skills (Written and Oral) with a fair of Creative / Business Writing.
- Able to identify new opportunities and execute integrated marketing communications plan.
- Understanding of public relations, public affairs and marketing communications strategies and tactics.
- Positive attitude and motivation; proactive.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and teamwork skills; ability to effectively prioritize projects and manage expectations.
- Experience with tight deadlines in high-pressure situations.
