Job Description
Designation- Sr. Sales Executive
Candidate must have minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales (Industrial), Preferred from same industry or related.
Location- WB, OD, JH, North East, Hyderabad, Mumbai
Develop a strong partner eco-system to drive sales growth in the assigned geography
Increase the market penetration to build a strong brand for Intech products
Identify market trends and being fully aware of new products and competition status and create brand awareness.
Develops and drives the implementation of the sales strategies in alignment with organization's goals to deliver on the overall growth of business.
Strengthen the channel by adding new channel partners and driving sales through existing & new channel
Train & Mentor partner's team to generate sales leads and improve sales conversions
Develop Sales plan for the assigned geography in consultation with Channel Partners
Achieves the product pipeline objectives through various channels and initiatives to identify prospective clients.
Build and maintain relationships with the key end users
Ensure all end user queries/concerns/complaints are timely addressed
Drive high end user happiness
Generate referrals & repeat sales thru existing end users
