Job description
- Managing and maintaining Calendars/schedules and Appointments.
- Arrange and coordinate meetings, events, Seminar and conferences.
- Co-ordination with team members for reports /documents, to get work done by them and to provide any information required by the Business Heads.
- Arranging travel (Domestic as well as International) & Booking of Hotels, guest house and cabs.
- Reimbursement of Travel claims, fuel & Driver claims and any other misc. expenses incurred.
- Filing and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
- Taking care of internal and external correspondence, Calls, faxes/Xerox and Prints.
- Arranging and Coordinating with Bankers, financial institutes and vendors for business meet up.
- Documentation works like Preparing projection sheet on weekly basis, Documents, Project based work sheet happening in day to day working.
- Other administrative activities like handling information requests, preparing correspondence/taking dictation, receiving and Greeting visitors, arranging conference calls and any other support activities required for effective and efficient work.
- Prepare and maintain Directors expense report, calendar.
- Internal & external liaison, coordinating all necessary office as well as business transaction on behalf of the MD
- Ensure utmost confidentiality and integrity of operations
- Handle independent correspondence
- Managing other assignments given from time to time
- Preparation and implementation of Business Plan
- Responsible for the growth and development of the organization
- Should have a fare knowledge of International Market
- Any other job as assigned by the Management from time to time
Candidates from Real Estate background with Excellent in Communication & good presentation along with relevent knowledge within the age group of 40 years will be preferable...should be goodlooking & presentable !!!
salary will be as per industry hike..
