Handling housekeeping staff as per as well front desk
Handling all in house day to day Administration work
Ensuring all maintenance activities is being carried out within stipulated time frame.
Daily facility observation with regard to maintenance and upkeep of office premises.
Timely Pest Control, repairs and Maintenance of the facility.
Vendor Management experience is preferable
Job allocation to Carpenter and Plumber
Overseeing pantry operations, Client visits
Have handled fleet management, taking care of drivers and other fleet managing employees with respect to their salary, attendance, bonus
Handling and maintaining Petty Cash for daily use
Handling CCTV and other devices for proper monitoring of the office premises
Vendor payment request and follow-ups for timely payments.
Monthly Invoices processing and maintain the data.
Male/Female both graduate candidates preferred
