Overview
Responsible for leading learning and Talent Acquisition for Sika India. Additionally, OD lead interventions and support HR Head in any special projects.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Own & lead Recruitment & onboarding process.
• Identify different channels of recruitment and improve in employer branding.
• Define training needs for the company based on the Performance Talent and development Process.
• Integrate training in the development planning of employees, IDPs.
• Develop and implement a training program for the Country based on the available programs of Sika Business School
and local training needs identified through structured TNI.
• Coordinate existing training activities, leverage existing eLearning content with help of internal SMEs.
• Ensures quality of internal technical training and trainers based on the standards of Excellence in training
development
• Manage the nomination process for the region in coordination with the HR-Team and line management.
• Represent the training requirements in the Regional / Global Trainer’s team.
Qualifications/Experience:
MBA in HR with minimum 15 years of experience in a Manufacturing Company.
Experience in Recruitment, capable of independently leading the process with different stakeholders.
Excellent in excel and PowerPoint skills.
