HR Executive
About the job: We are looking for a person who can play the role of a HR Executive professionally and in a process oriented manner.
Role: Role will be of HR Executive
Location: Bangalore
Reporting To: Manager HR
Responsibilities :
• To handle Joining and exit process.
• Monitor Performance appraisal management.
• Handle salary revisions and to provide inputs for the payroll process.
• Aware of statutory compliance and facilitating the same.
• Provide guidance to teams on the HR policies and process.
• Initiate & conduct various employee communication programs.
• Conduct various employee engagement activities.
• Grievance Handling and to conduct one-on-one sessions with employees.
• Initiate & drive rewards & recognition programs.
• Handle inter department communication.
• Monitor employees' Leave and attendance data.
• To maintain HRIS.
• To handle end to end recruitment on need basis
• Task tracking
• Metrics Tracking & Analysis
• Excellent Communication (Oral & written) & Interpersonal skills
• Good at Leadership.
•To handle oversea travel.
• Compliance the HR functions as per ISO & ISMS standards.
• Documenting & Record keeping skills
• Vendor management, Stakeholder management
•Understanding on HR concepts, collaboration with stakeholders.
• Excellent written & verbal communication, Good Interpersonal and go-getter attitude
Secondary Skills:
• Sourcing skill
Accountability:
Adherence to the expected roles and responsibilities w.r.t ISMS and QMS standards.
Organization Support:

Educational Qualifications ,Certifications & Experience :
You should have a Masters Degree with specialization in HR
•Ideal Experience Range: : Ideally, you should have spent between 1 to3 years of experience
