Roles and Responsibilities:
- New client acquisition
- Subscription sales
- Revenue generation
- Cross selling of brokerage product (as per clients need)
- Maintaining client relationship
- Update about the latest investment products and market trends
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Knowledge of all financial products
- Should be target oriented
- Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Good telemarketing skills
- Should be self-initiative
- Well updated on present market scenarios, and financial market products & trends
- Should have the zeal to help Clients in achieving their financial goals
Qualification:
- Any Graduate/ Post Graduate
- Experience in Stock Broking/ Securities/ Advisory sector is a must
- NISM certificate - preferred
2. Job Description - Service Executive:-
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handling client Inbound Calls related to their accounts and services, could be technical and non-technical queries
- Able to communicate in English & Hindi with the clients
- Maintain a desired level of Quality & AHT in order to provide speedy and accurate information to clients
- Responsible to tag all Clients Communication in the system with the help of CRM
- Ensure client Satisfaction by providing best suitable response/ resolution on calls to clients
- Timely and proactive delivery of Work assigned needs to be ensured
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Prior experience with Calling
- Must have sound knowledge about share market
- Good communication Skills both written & verbal
- Able to work under pressure
- Should be working with positive attitude
Qualification:
- Graduate Commerce
- Knowledge on MS Office(Excel, Word, & Power Point)
- Having NISM certificate will be an advantage
