Roles and Responsibilities
* Responsible for business development of Key Accounts - LFS, Retail outlets and MBO's like Reliance Retail, Jio-Mart, DMart, Hometown, Shoppers Stop, Future Retail etc
* Connecting all retail chain stores, making new clients,
* take care of inventory in the stores, follow up with the retail outlets
* closely work with Cross Functional teams (PPIC, SCM, Logistics, Finance etc)
* To prepare sales funnel for the LFS accounts for revenue targets achievement on monthly,
quarterly and yearly basis
* Price negotiation with the buyers to ensure competitive offering and market share acquisition. * * Secondary sales monitoring on weekly basis to boost primary sales.
* help in Product Development process by giving inputs from Market.
* To ensure effective order execution
* To ensure Customer Retention /Complaint Resolution in time
Desired Candidate Profile
* Graduate / Post graduates with excellent communication skills,
* 7-10 yrs of experience in handling LFS and retail outlets
* Good marketing and negotiating skills and market knowledge.
* Individual performer having experience in handling a team.
