Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Executing Press & Media and awards strategy for the company agency management for ensuring coverages across different mediums
- Manage and execute Press Releases, Media interviews, bylines, quotes, industry stories, media round tables, RBMs, etc. as per business priorities
- Analyzing and writing content and Ensuring complete alignment of PR with the company’s messaging approach
- Ensuring continuous improvement in media coverages across target regions
- Handle media pitches and monitor media coverages
- Explore editorial-based speaker opportunities across various media platforms
- Industry awards – ensure companies nomination, and a successful winning
- Supporting other aspects of corporate communication promotions of PR stories on social media and internal platforms
- Internal webinars with the leadership team and SMEs
Required Skills (Technical Competency):
- Strong communication skills
- Prior experience of working with PR agencies is required
- Ability to scout media placement opportunities
- Sharp Planning and analytical skills
- Strong writing Skills
- Should have experience in working with leaders, subject matter experts, HR, marketing team, and other departments
- Should have the ability to quickly build strong relationships with colleagues at all levels and comfortable working closely with senior-level executives
