Qualifications:
- Strong exposure to leading the large enterprise-grade components with knowledge on transition
- Proven track record with outstanding program management, organization, and interpersonal skills
- 5+ years of experience in leading the enterprise-grade components from the banking and finance industry
- An agile practitioner with fervor to transform the processes and team
- Knowledge of banking products will be preferred
Skill:
Successful Project Management experience
- Hands-on MPP for planning, tools like JIRA, Confluence for tracking
- Handled Fixed Price and T&M project deliveries across Europe, the UK as Project Manager
- Worked on a distributed team model, esp. with global stakeholders and direct client interaction
- Working experience with ODC (offshore delivery center) and staff-augmentation models esp. with the transition from onshore to offshore
- Technical background (Mainframe), having grown into management over years starting as Developer -> Analyst -> Project Lead -> Project Manager
- Experience in managing large complex projects
- Extensive experience of standard PM responsibilities
- Project planning
- Monitoring and reporting
- Risk & Issue management
- Budget tracking
- Change management, etc
- Adhering to and supporting a governance framework
- Experience of working within a large, complex ecosystem
- Experience of working within a close-knit team, providing leadership, and mentoring junior team members
- Good verbal and written communication (ENGLISH).
- BE/B.Tech/ MCA or equivalent with intensive Software industry experience
