Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Pre-inoculum and Fermenter inoculum preparation(Bacterial/fungal) to run the batch(50 L to 5000 L)
- Fermenter in-process samples and Harvest sample checking.
- Documented batches progress and observations, compiled data and organized findings for analysis.
- Inspected and calibrated lab equipment including pH meters, weighing Balance, LAF, BOD Incubator, Micropipettes and centrifuges.
- Environmental monitoring of Clean room, Workplace, LAF and Production area.
- Collaborated with Fermenter and post-production department to achieve good results.
- Create spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel for daily, weekly and monthly reporting.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Education Qualification - M.Sc. Microbiology / Biotechnology
- 3+ Years experience in isolation & screening of micro-organism, Fermenter operations.
