Position description
An opportunity has arisen for a Sr.Marketing Manager with a can-do attitude, hunger to
drive impact and ability, strong desire to work on multiple platforms with limited
guidance. Well provide all the enablement needed, but are looking for rockstars at
work.
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead generation and performance marketing:
Own the execution of integrated campaigns across digital and traditional
channels including target audience identification, goal setting, campaign set-
up, user flows, and campaign optimization
Hands on experience on FB, Google Ads, Google analytics and GTM platforms
Define and analyze performance metrics to diagnose campaign performance
and develop action plans to optimize the customer experience and campaign
results
Ensure that each activity is tracked and measured with a focus on pipeline and
ROI
Experience in business-to-business software marketing, preferably with highly
technical products or services
Demonstrated creative skills (e.g. written and/or design skills) to drive
personalization and relevance
Budget and plan the acquisition funnel for the whole year, with month on
month variations
Enable and track AB testing for all aspects of campaigns, viz.: ads, creatives,
landing pages, emails, SMS
Branding:
Understand the marketing strategy and map out a branding and content
strategy in collaboration with the leadership team and ensure implementation
of the same to increase brand visibility
Strategize, lead & execute the projects required to boost our brand presence
and take up initiatives to position our brand
Identify effective communication channels (such as website, social media, etc)
to reach relevant target groups and feed these channels with the appropriate
messaging and content
Work closely with the Sales team to implement Events for brand promotion and
ensure that all brand promotion and marketing collaterals are available
Work closely with the designs team and provide strategic inputs on the brand
design, brand messaging, brand positioning for promotional activities
Define & draw out the strategy for all Social Media channels, drive
community/supporter engagement through engagement/response
Provide inputs to develop public relations (PR) strategy and drive
implementation
