We are inviting applications for the role of SM, Order Management
To win and handle new deals, set up new accounts, own critical E2E operational deliverables and to prepare for future growth path within Order management domain. The person will be expected to add operating depth/strength to the operation team to help deliver higher performance and expand
Responsibilities
Be responsible for ensuring the right solution is proposed for new deals, actively participating in the deal process, aiding and enabling robust transitions, delivering ongoing client satisfaction through consistent high-class service delivery, and thereby ensure high NPS, cross-sell, and profitability
Manage the delivery of outsourced services to ensure customer satisfaction and increased revenue through client up-sell
Collaborate and work globally with other Genpact business leaders and functional leaders to build and commercialize existing and new product offerings
Take the lead in working with digital teams on introducing breakthrough technology solutions into operations. Design End to End OTC cycle process map and implement digital tools & techniques into it.
Design thinking to transform the client process.Leverage lean six sigma framework to drive continuous performance improvement
Leading various supply chain processes like order management/ inventory management/ supply planning/ logistics planning etc.
Establish the short-term to long-term priorities of the supply chain matrices.
Interact with customers to understand their supply chain structure and derive growth by improving the process.
Governance around Monthly / Quarterly reviews with senior leadership
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
Experience in Supply Chain / Distribution/ logistics in industries like FMCG, metal, aerospace, automotive, etc.
Hands-on experience in various order management activities like order entry in ERP system, accepting orders based on capacity, providing promise date, etc.
Experience in business process re-engineering and digital analytics.
Working knowledge of any of the ERP & TMS systems like SAP, ORACLE, etc.
Experience in handling customer-facing roles and work assessments.
Self-starter and have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Large team handling experience
Ability to handle customer governance meetings
Driving for standardization of processes
Experience in a shared service environment handling external clients
Preferred qualifications
Prior project management experience
Effective communication and interpersonal skill
