Summary
Clifford Chance Business Services Pvt. Ltd. is a subsidiary of Clifford Chance, one of the worlds leading law firms, helping clients achieve their goals by combining the highest global standards with local expertise. Besides Finance and IT support, the company offers a variety of back-office services under the BRS (Business and Research Solutions). Client and Matter Development (CMD) is one of the streams under the BRS department.
The role of the Senior Analyst is to ensure timely and accurate submission of CC information in the global Directory Submission process in coordination with local BDs and fee earner community.
For this stream we are looking for a Senior Analyst, to work in the following shift timings:
UK Shift (A) (1:15 PM to 10:00 PM) April to October
UK Shift (B) (2:15 PM to 11:00 PM) November to March
Key Responsibilities
The Senior Analyst will work within a team of colleagues in managing below listed activities:
- To support the firm's Directory Submission process being part of the central operational team
- To develop a strong understanding of firms CRM and Matter Capture database
- Capture and update information in the InterAction, Marketing Material and Matter Capture database
- Coordinate with various internal stakeholder and ensure timely submission
- Managing common process mailbox
- Compile Roadmap through different sources (MIS, Atlas, Intranet, Marketing materials SharePoint site)
- Identify key deals/press releases from Google, Merger Market etc. to be included in relevant Directory Submission
- Regularly checking the legal directory sites for key dates and updates (Chambers and partners, IFLR1000, Legal 500)
- Following agreed process documented in SOP and updating changes on a regular basis
- Support in performing a variety of scheduled and ad-hoc exercises (like updating spreadsheet from the website, upload data in directories website, Business Development activities, performing customized open Internet searches etc.)
Help support the set-up and implementation of the various processes and procedures in relation to the delivery of a suite of standard reports for our key clients
Key Requirements
The successful candidate should have:

- Basic research & administrative Skills
Experience:
- Exposure to managing multiple stakeholders
- Previous law firm experience will be preferred
- Exposure to the global shared services team model
Qualifications
A bachelor's/master's degree from a reputed institute
3 - 4 years of experience at a multinational organisation, working in a similar role
