Urgent hiring for
Position: Executive / Sr Executive / Asst Manager / Manager / Sr Manager Sales & BD
Location: Ranchi / Bangalore
Function: Sales/ BD
Purpose: Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business.
Joining Period: within 7 days
Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure 100 calls per day with 40 connected calls of over 1 minute through Knowlarity calling App
- Conducting 1 demo everyday with Faculty for parents/students.
- All selected candidates will have to undergo 30 days OJT On the Job Training where they have to achieve the above targets. Th candidates will be regularized only when they successfully complete the OJT with daily targets. Meeting the targets every day will make them eligible for salary even during the OJT period
- Create and manage Sales pipeline
- Build relationships with prospective clients
- Analyze market and establish competitive advantages
- Ensure targets are hit
- Generate sales from the region & nearby areas
Measurable Deliverable
- No. of calls per day 100
- No. of connected calls per day - 40
- No. of demo conducted in a day 1
Desired Candidate Profile
- Overall experience: Min 1 Max 8 years
- Any Graduate / Post Graduate
- Preferred minimum 6 months to 5 years of experience in Edutech company
- Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing
- Own network
- Capable of generating Leads
