Job Description
SAP SD and Logistic team lead with 8-10 years experience
Experience:
8 to 10 years of experience in SAP SD/LE also knowledge of S/4 sales is required.
o Managing one business area as Application SPOC with highly customer facing role
o Experience in leading a team and taking E2E responsibility
o Demonstrated experience in the development of an overall design, development and implementation of SAP SD/LE enhancements.
o Proven ability to work across business/technology teams to ensure alignment between business solution definition & technical architecture to meet project requirements.
o Excellent knowledge of SAP SD modules and logistics.
o Having basic knowledge of SAP e-invoicing solutions.
o Self-Organized and able to manage a team
o Should be able to work in highly challenging environment
o Positive attitude to take challenges and manage customer
o Good communication skills, collaborative team player and strong individual contributor to take lead on key technical drives of a customer project are expected
o Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work in a dynamic team environment and perform individually.
o Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
o Has exceptional listening, understanding and team building skills.
o Is comfortable working in a fast-paced changing environment
o Is a proactive self-starter
o Knowledge of SAP HANA is required.
You will be responsible for
Building effective relationships with customers, vendors, peers, team members, and senior leadership
Research best practices to support continuous improvement to customer.
Implementing programs and policies to achieve specific technical delivery goals working with peers and senior leadership tem to drive the SAP SD/LE deliveries
