Urgent Openings for Sales Officer - Food (Ice Cream) Industry Job Title: Sales Officer Work Location: Asansol & Barasat Age profile: 25 -30 years Educational Qualification: Graduation Industry: FMCG Food , Non Food/ Ice Cream Industry ( preferred) [Previous/current] Experience Required: 5-7 years Division/Department: Sales Reports to: District Manager Job Purpose: To serve customers by selling products and meeting customer needs. Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Defining and setting up Channel Network in assigned area.
Establishing Dealer Growth models to develop the channel.
Formulating go-to market strategy to boost profitability through quality and cost effective acquisition and market share expansion.
Building and expanding distribution network to boost primary and secondary sales.
Maintaining excellent relationship with existing Distributors, retailers and acquiring new distributors and retailers to generate avenues for new business.
Generating new leads by personal contacts, activities and social media.
Strictly adhering to the Attendance SOP and following accordingly.
Should have a two-wheeler with a valid license and is willing to travel extensive distance.
Must be a localite and having adequate market and geographical knowledge.
Stability in stint is required.
