Job Description
The incumbent will be responsible for Sales and Marketing of acrylic copolymer emulsions on an all India basis to the Paint/adhesives/carpet/textile/paper industries & will be assisting the GM Marketing.
He shall be required to manage the existing sales and also generating new business in order to increase the customer base in existing market sectors. He shall also be required to identify, prospect and develop new markets and new customers.
He shall be required to report on a daily basis.
He shall be required to prepare visit reports and all other reports as per Company's policy & Must attend to customer queries and follow up for orders and payment .
He shall be required to tour extensively for promoting the Company's products, for providing technical support, for understanding customer requirements, and also for prospecting new market segments.
He shall Responsible for building and maintaining healthy business relations with customers, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & quality norms.
He Will be responsible for credit control and collection of receivables in a timely manner.
Must be up to date and report information of market trends, new developing markets, competitor activity, price trends etc.
He will Responsible for resolving customer complaints in his region and coordinating with the technical personnel for the same in a prompt manner.
He shall be Understanding the clients needs and coordinating with internal teams for necessary customization of the product to provide solutions accordingly.
He must be self driven, honest and hardworking
Required Candidate profile
The ideal candidate would be a first class graduate with a passion for sales and must have a social and pleasing personality. Must have rich experience of marketing and sales of chemicals to paint, adhesives, construction, ink industries across India.
He must be self driven with a penchant for sales. Good in written and oral communication and willing to travel. Must be sincere, honest and hard working. Must have an amiable and presentable personality. Must have understanding of the products he has been marketing.
Oral communication in multiple regional languages would be an advantage
