Job Title - Manager - Performance Marketing (Affiliate and Influencer Marketing)
Experience - 2 - 6 years
Duties and responsibilities :
- Managing and optimizing Affiliate Marketing and Influencer Marketing.
- Should have good Influencer contact base and reach out to quality Influencers for promoting Simplilearn
- Ensuring monthly targets around leads, CPL and lead quality are met through Affiliate Marketing.
- Researching and implementing new ideas/features/strategies in a systematic manner.
- Diligently carrying out experiments and reporting results and insights.
- Creating highly engaging ad copies, creatives and relentlessly testing them with different partners.
- Expanding Affiliate base by reaching out to relevant Affiliates, on-boarding them and extracting the best ROAS through them.
- Landing page, Creative and funnel optimization (working with tech & product teams) to improve relevance and improve conversion rates.
- Optimizing channels and campaigns for cost and performance managing both the cost of traffic and cost of acquisition.
Desired skills :
- 3-4 years of proven expertise in managing and optimizing large and complex Affiliate Marketing campaigns
- 2-3 years of experience in managing lasagne Influencer base and proven record of expanding Influencer Marketing in the past
- Proficient in carrying out quick analyses to figure out whets going wrong and how to fix issues.
- A/B testing, carrying out experiments and deriving insights from them should be second nature to you.
- Highly pro-active in terms of researching new publishers/ platforms and coming up with suitable recommendations.
- Excellent project management skills - ensuring all action items are on track.
