Plant Head - Production & Operation

Owning Production for a multi-category plant in equivalent capacity as a Plant Head
Manage all manufacturing driven initiatives - TPM, Six Sigma, 5"S", KAIZEN,TS - 16949, EMS & OSHAS.
Responsible for P & L of the unit
Develop process improvements for inventory, manufacturing and production control systems.
Engage with corporate officers in broader organizational strategic planning.
Building a zero accident, zero breakdown, zero defect culture.
Streamlining activities of all department functions of the company.
Defining departmental process, finalizing their KPIs for monthly MRM culture.
Good Hand experience in APQP / PPAP / Six sigma / Supplier development and lean manufacturing method.
Responsible for ensuring zero customer complains.
Ensure statutory compliance of the factory including Factory license, ISO, Client Enlistments & quality control of the production department.
Hands on experience of Plant functions, mfg Cycle time, Mfg cost, Inventory levels optimization, Capacity utilization, & Modern Mfg practices.
