Roles and Responsibilities:
Working in an ERP environment, incumbent will lead a team of professionals in Finance / Accounts / Taxation domains
Knowledge of Financial Controlling, Budgeting, Product Costing, Cost-Controlling, Working Capital Management, Project Financing, MIS, Financial Projections, Variance management, Inventory Management, Asset management, Risk Mitigation, Taxation, Audit, Stakeholder management Very well versed with best practices in the area of Financial and Business Controlling
He will be responsible for maintenance of all books of accounts, finalization of financials, treasury management, taxation direct / indirect, banking operations, payables management, company secretarial functions, statutory compliances, factory accounts, costings and so on
Desired Candidate Profile
having a min. work experience of 12 years in large professionally managed companies. Preference to those from the manufacturing cum sales dominated organisations. Must have good communication skills, to be able to interface with Govt & other agencies. ERP (preferably Oracle EBS) familiarity is mandatory
