Description
1. Quick learner and good team member with positive attitude
2. Good verbal and written communication skills
3. The person would be responsible for supporting the upkeep of the QMS and the Training System.
4. Colloborate with stakeholders in creating, institutionalizing, and maintaining training capsules
5. Rolling out Trainings with regard to Processes, Products and based on business needs
6. Diligent follow-up on training non-compliances periodically and ensure high level of compliance across the organization
7. Provide stakeholder facilitation wrt QMS and Training
8. Participate in the external audits/assessments and provide responses wrt trainings
9. Support in audit outcomes by furnishing necessary documentation needed for closures
Must Have Qualifications
1. BE/ B.Tech./ B.Sc from recognized institute with good academic score
2. IT Quality Assurance professional with 8-15 years of hands-on experience with IT industry as a Process Coordinator and Training Person preferably from MNCs
3. Software engineering discipline
4. Hands on experience on using MS office
5. Experienced in Good Documentation Practices wrt authoring and reviewing of QMS documents
6. Well-organized and detailed oriented professional, with strong verbal and written communication skills
7. Must be self- motivated with ability to handle, organize and prioritize multiple tasks
Desirable Qualifications
1. Hands on experience in creating Process and maintenance of QMS
2. Well experienced in handling Training department and coordinating with stakeholders across the organization
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Quick learner and good team member with positive attitude

4. Establish processes, checks and balances to assure high quality of the company products and professional services
5. Support in making changes to the QMS and working with function heads to coordinate process creation, template creations and updates to existing processes/templates.
6. Support in rolling out Trainings with regard to Processes, Products and on business needs
7. Responsible for maintaining the Master list of SOPs, Templates and stays on top of the QMS changes by sending reminders on upcoming, over due QMS changes
8. Maintains the list of suggestions from stakeholders wrt QMS changes
9. Colloborate with internal/external stakeholders wrt eQMS improvements
