We are Hiring Project Manager (Business Analyst) for Bangalore location

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Analyse, organize and validate business needs/requirements for new functionalities.

2. Communicate, translate, and simplify business requirements to ensure buy-in from all stakeholders

3. Assess change-proposals and define solutions to help the business team achieve its goals

4. Collaborate with the Technical and development team to ensure that they understand the specifications and the project scope for delivery.

5. Document system scenarios, build UAT test cases and identify roles impacted to help develop a change management.

6. Prioritize requirements from various stakeholders and align/manage expectations

7. Own the end to end business analysis to deployment of projects.

8. Co-ordinate user acceptance testing. Communicate changes, enhancements of business requirements to cross-functional teams so that issues and solutions are understood.

Desired Candidate Profile:

. Degree/Diploma in Engineering (IT). Post-graduation MBA in IT will be a plus.

2. 6 to 8 years of relevant work experience as Business analyst and project manager in software consultancy or worked as assistant manager in organize retail.

3. Domain knowledge in organize retails, experience in ecommerce / supply chain and distribution domain

4. ERP Expertise in SAP / POS in retail industry related domain. a. Understanding of MM/SD /FI modules b. SAP master data and org elements c. Integration between FI/SD/MM modules

5. Worked on ECOM/Omni-channel projects.

6. Creating Process flow diagrams, BRDs, FSDs.

7. Programming skill in any language with database handling and worked in SQL queries.

8. Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

9. Understanding integration requirements with external partners

10. Proficiency across BI and reporting tools.
