We are hiring for Regional Manager - Key Account Management role across India (Delhi, Bangalore, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Lucknow)
Responsibilities:
- Primarily responsible for new acquisition of premium schools and group schools (Or) Chain Schools from the designated territory and over achieve the sales target from the key accounts.
- Engage and Partner with Group / Chain Schools in the region.
- Ensure that all services promised are delivered and ensuring that the schools use themefficiently.
- Ensure that the response time to schools is very high.
- Work closely with the line manager to implement the market development strategies and plans.
- Identify relevant business opportunities and build strong business relationship with the relevant stakeholders in schools.
- Review and maintain top accounts list in the Client Relationship Management(CRM)system.
- Share market learnings with Sales, Product and Marketing teams.
- To ensure profitable growth in sales, revenue through planning and execution.
- Network with schools to upraise companys profile and create brand awareness among key stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and manage competitor intelligence.
Qualifications / Requisites:
- Any Graduate / Post Graduate / MBA (Marketing)
- 5-10 years of experience in B2B Sales / Educational Sales
- Strong Interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Excellent Communication skills
- Willingness to travel extensively
- Available to join immediately / 30 Days notice
