Roles and Responsibilities
- To ensure statutory compliance and obligations under the provisions of all applicable labor laws
- Support Head- HR/IR regarding negotiation with unions, legal compliance, handing legal cases
- To handle grievances of employees at first level for ensuring zero man-days loss & maintain discipline
- To coordinate for necessary actions in terms of charge sheet/ warnings/ notice/ domestic enquiry to the employee I workers in case of non-conformance to laid out norms
- Monitoring of Contract Labour Management system.
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidates with min 18 yrs to 20 yrs experience in HR & IR field.
