Job Description
Safety Management: Ensure required safety activities are performed correctly along the project execution cycle.
Develops software Quality assurance plan
Performs Operation Scenarios & Preliminary Hazard Analysis
Develops Safety Plan, Safety Targets and Safety Requirement
Ensure safety analysis (PHA, FMECA, etc.)
Ensure definition of safety cases or adaptation of current safety case to application specific needs
Ensure production of the safety case to fit for the specificities of the targeted applications (especially for railway applications)
Ensure the production and maintenance of Safety Documents gathering all necessary pieces of justification (for possible submission to Regulator Authorities)
Ensure the production of the certification dossiers requested by the Regulatory Authorities
Updating the safety case or safety documents in accordance with the outcomes of the discussions with the relevant authorities
Supports to produce the formal answering of comments on the Safety Case or safety dossiers.
Ensure Production of Fault Tree Analysis / Event Tree Analysis Report, Hazard Log & Safety Related Application Conditions Report
Ensure production of Safety Log, CM Audits Report, Compliance Report and Software Quality Assurance Verification Report
Interface with project members, design engineers, service development engineers, etc.)
An engineering degree, Master degree (or equivalent) with a significant experience (at least 3 years) in Safety of complex systems in railway domain are imperatively required.
Knowledge of Applicable Regulations and Standards (EC regulation, CENELEC, etc.) and in particular TCMS.
