Solve the complaints and take corrective and preventive action.
Highlight issues through feedback and recommend changes in workflows, procedures and service levels to meet customer needs and to ensure quality service at all times.
Checking of raw materials.
Preparation & follow up of ISO certification.
Having knowledge of tools and equipment used in quality labs.
Having knowledge of CAPA
Good communication skills and able to draft mails in professional manner.
