Job Description
Manage daily operations/planning of seafood processing plant & meet quality targets.
Excellent understanding of IQF (cooking/blanching), product specifications and MPEDA rules and regulations to ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met.
Required Candidate profile
8-10 years of floor experience in Marine Processing Plant
Strong Knowledge of IQF Freezer
Experience with Vannamei & Cephalopods (Squid, Cuttlefish)
Quality control, Production Planning, ISO standard
