Job Description
Product Manager will be responsible for enhancing and developing customer onboarding journey on Mobile/Web apps. He will create a product roadmap, priorities for enhancement and development with design, engineering, tech, marketing & operations team.
Responsibilities:
- Build a deep understanding of our customers, why they come to 5paisa and their journey from before signing up to becoming an active customer
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team including engineering, design, user research and data science to build a compelling product roadmap, and facilitate the execution of that roadmap to ship impactful product features that delight our customers and help them to onboard.
- Continuously capture insights from customer feedback, experiments, research, and analysis to iterate on the roadmap and improve the product.
- Be a champion for new customers and the teams mission internally in the company and present our work and roadmap to internal and external partners.
Qualifications:
- 2 - 4 years of experience as a product manager
- Principled approach to identifying, understanding, and solving customer problems
- Customer obsessed with a history of building successful consumer products
- Experience with hypothesis-driven experimentation and deriving meaningful insights from data
- Track record of collaborating with a large and varied group of cross-functional teams and partners to tackle ambiguous problems and drive towards decisions
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- You have a creative and entrepreneurial spirit, are a self-starter and an analytical problem solver
