ROLES RESPONSIBILITIES

• Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice logistics vision, strategy, policies,processes and procedures to aid and improve operational performance.
• Create and implement best practice logistics principles, policies and processes across the organization to improve operational and financial performance.
• Handling existing customers for day today operation support acquiring more business from their lead.
• Taking feedback for the service related issues if any trying to resolve it on high priority.
• Generate new business opportunities by visiting new clients and generate new sales leads.
• Identify potential customers and register opportunities; relentlessly pursue realization of such opportunities leading to revenue for the company.
• Increase profit by effective negotiation by developing coverage areas of business.
• Assisting the marketing manager and supporting the marketing team with marketing activities.
• Negotiate rates and contracts with transportation and logistics providers.
• Recommend optimal transport modes, routes or frequency. Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports or exports or customer issues
• Review impact of logistics changes, such as routing, transport modes, product volumes or carriers and report results to others.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and identify inefficiencies and cost optimization opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal departments for proper support improvement of the performance.
• Monitor Sales Target Vs Achievement Vs Collection Target data presentation as per the management requirement.
