Roles and Responsibilities
- Provides administrative support and performs numerous duties, including scheduling, writing correspondence, emailing, handling visitors, routing callers, and answering questions and requests.
- Provide full secretarial and admin support to the various departments to ensure the smooth running of the department operations.
- Coordinate arrangements, meetings and /or conferences as assigned.
- Compile, proofread and revise drafts of documents and reports.
- Responsible for supporting high-level executives and management or entire departments.
- Take minutes of meeting and maintain records for the team meetings.
- Maintain a proper and user friendly filing and document control system for recording and tracking of all documents for the department.
- Support the officers and project team in daily admin roles and assist to keep stock of stationary supplies for the department.
- Undertake any ad-hoc admin projects/duties as required.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Should know Reading & Writing Telugu, Hindi & English.
- Best practices in time management.
- Professional and pleasant personality with good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, take initiative and well organized.
- Able to work fast under pressure.
- Mature, with an attention to detail and highly resourceful.
- Ability to multi-task and work independently as well as in a team.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Words and Power point) is a must and experience in using.
