Responsibilities
- End to End ownership of execution of content operations throughout the value chain Owning segment level performance and building strategies to improve the same Efficient co-ordination with cross-functional team to ensure smooth operations Managing ongoing monthly content flow and tracking performance Deep orientation towards data and analytics and creating meaningful insights Innovating and creating new processes to enhance the scale of the content inflow Overlooking in-app marketing efforts and driving new features on the app to support content
Requirements
- Strong academic background with 2+ years of work experience in a similar role MBA would be preferred Experience in operational or project management roles and collaborating within a fast-paced team environment Analytical mindset to identify and quickly solve problems Stellar project management and managerial skills to maintain time-schedules Excellent communication, written, and presentation skills Strong passion for content and understanding of the Indian vernacular ecosystem
