Roles and Responsibilities
1. Responsible for Primary/Secondary target for the region and growth of business
2. Planning of primary and secondary for the month
3. Distributor management
4. Appointment of new distributor whenever required
5. Ensuring primary and secondary sales
6. Ensuring maintenance of required level of stocks
7. Ensuring timely clearance of company outstanding
8. Closure of distributor in case required and clearing all outstanding
9. Store execution
10. Make journey plan for TSO and ensure adherence to same
11. Ensuring stock availability at prominent place for all our products
12. Ensuring that all promotion communications are properly done
13. Taking paid or non-paid secondary space in the store in best possible place
14. Interact with local/regional category persons of all retailers
15. Help in getting products available with local retailers
16. Coordinate with respective CFA to ensure timely supplies to distributors/direct retailers
17. Ensuring sufficient stocks with distributors and retailers in the region
