Job Description
Responsible for all statutory returns and maintaining statutory registers updated.
Responsible for compliances of Company and Contractors and make sure that they reach 100%.
Conduct monthly audit for all labour contractors including project service providers
Obtain renewal of factory license, layout approval, certificate of registration, OT approval etc., as per the timeline.
Initiate the corrective/ preventive actions for the identified gaps/ NCs
Represent the company on statutory compaliance matters on internal and external forums (ESI, DOF, PF, LD, Customers.,)
Implement RBA (EICC) requirements effectively
Responsible for attending RBA audit, Statutory Audit and Internal Audits and make sure that there is no gap in the audits.
Responsible to send daily and monthly reports to finance/ production team on time.
Ensure smooth functioning of Time & Attend. Software and Bio-Metric enrollment employees.
Maintaining cordial IR climate in the factory
Conduct CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) as per the plan
Active participation in Emergency preparedness and Emergency response team (Firefighting, First aid & evacuation) teams as called for.
Monthly addition/ deletion of employees/ family members
Co-ordinate with employees/ TPAs for settlement of claims
Process the reimbursement of bills, GPA/ GTL claims as and when arises within the timelines
Support employees for addition/ deletion/ new employees for ID cards and processing the claims
Facilitate in the performance management process
Monthly checking of payroll report and give clearance to central team for processing the payroll
Review of all agreements and propose for renewal/ termination/ amendments one month before completion of the agreements
Responsible for implementing various employee engagement initiatives
Any other work assigned by your supervisor
