Generating Business from International Clients and Overseas Agents/Traders/Distributors.
Preparation and Attending Trade Fairs and Exhibitions.
Participating in International Tenders and attending Tender Opening Sessions.
Business Development of Companys Products for Regulated, Non-Regulated and Semi-Regulated Markets.
Preparing and sending Quotations, PFI, Specifications, Documents and Samples to Clients.
Handling Customer queries with respect to Technical Documents (COA, MSDS, MOA, Stability Data, GMP, DMF, Dossiers, etc.)
Interacting with Agents/Customers/End Users to understand their requirements for Registration of new Products in their Country and coordinating with the Regulatory Department in Factory for required Documents.
Initiative in developing new Business internationally by making new Customers through Internet, Exhibitions, References, Shipment Databases, and Telephonic/Email communications.
Responsible for P&L of the Project, Team of People and monitoring Monthly/Annual Budget Achievement and in-depth analysis of Budgets vs. Sales, Forecasting Tracker, Orders in Hand, Gap Analysis and generating Reports for the Management using PPT, SAP and Excel.
Export Shipment Data/IMS Data Analysis/keeping track on Trend of Competitors Pricing.
Achieving Targets given by the Management for Self and the Team.
Negotiations and Agreements with Clients, Drafting business proposals and plans.
Trading Activities and Outsourcing of Products/RM wherever required.
Regular Coordination with Export Documentation Department for timely Pre and Post Shipment Documentation, LC Documents scrutinizing, Banking Documentation and Submission.
With the Shipping/Logistics Department for Prompt arrangement of Shipments, Status and Delivery Details, BL/AWB issuance etc.
Tie-Ups for Pricing and New C&F Agents for competitive Freight Prices and connections.
Coordination with Factory for timely Production vs. Forecast, Dispatches against Planning and SCM.
Follow-up and keeping track of Documentation like Excise/GST Refunds, Duty Drawback, DGFT Licensing and MEIS Benefits Scheme, Banking Remittances/Commissions etc.
One Point of Contact for the Team for QA, QC, RA, R&D, Production, SCM and Legal dept. issues resolving.
Requirements :
About 6 years of proven sales experience in business.
Aggressive, sales and result oriented.
Able to work under pressure, highly motivated to outreach goals and targets
