Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English) and Good command of English, Result Oriented with Planning & Organizing. Maintenance & upkeep Official Files. Knowledge of shorthand, Advanced proficiency in computers-MS Office/PowerPoint, etc.
Assisting Head in Day-to-Day activities,
Drafting Letter, Mails, MOMs, IOMs, etc. for circulation on behalf of MD,
Handling Telephone & Mobile calls & replying to them accordingly,
Filing, Indexing, and Documentation,
Organizing / Scheduling Meetings,
Receiving Mails and replying to them accordingly,
Preparing Itinerary
Coordinating / follow-ups with Office Departments and branches for work updation and reviews and smooth workflow.
